We have undertaken the practice of keeping a pallet of our Riesling in storage and monitoring its aging. This practice was highly successful with our 2016 Riesling, which sold out quickly. The 2017 has taken on many age characteristics, drinking beautifully and touching on all areas of the palate. A must-try.
