This wine is produced from premium estate, low yielding, 100% dry grown vines, planted 20+ years ago. The rich alluvial flood plains on which they are grown, produce intense varietal flavour which have consistently been award-winning, year after year. We have aged this wine for 3 years in premium French oak, plus 2 years in the bottle, providing this excellent structure and balance and flavours.
